We want you to be the center of the learning process, to start walking towards self-learning and to assess your own progress in a mature, critical way. We also want you to feel motivated in the process of learning a second language. This is a first step to reach our goals. RECIPE EXCHANGE WITH FRANCE

As you know, we have organized a recipe exchange with a French school, the Collège Léonard de Vinci, in Carvin. These are some of the recipes we are sending to France, and in a few weeks, we'll receive those written by our fellow French students. Isn't it great? By the way, all of your recipes are really interesting. There's Oreo cake, Escudella (from Ariadna's grandmother who lives in Catalonia), paella, cous cous (Dickra's mother's recipe), Christmas meatballs by Andrea García, Easter buns by Javier Álvarez, cupcakes (Iris told us how to bake them), cheese cake, lemon cake, seafood, wafer cake (very popular among students! Iñaki and Mario love it), Spanish omelette, duck with turnip (Juan Carrillo's speciality), Roser García's potato cake, Crispy chicken (Jose Luis cooks it deliciously) and so many others!!! You are outstanding cooks. Congratulations!
